Maryann Yannon, MS, License MH 9555
The purpose of my practice is to offer healing therapies to individuals in need. With this in mind, I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where each individual is treated with respect and understanding. My focus of counseling is on young adults, and adults who are experiencing life transitions and those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss and life skills. In addition, I have experience working with those of the geriatric population. I use a combination of client-centered therapy, coaching strategies, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I also offer Hypnotherapy sessions in all modalities, workshops and an All Natural Body Cleanse, featuring rapid weight loss.
I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for ten years, as well as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. The hypnotherapy portion of my practice helps individuals stay the course, as it relates to their treatment, and is particularly effective in managing weight and substance abuse issues.
